 What credits do we have currently?
    The administrator has set the following credits:

    Credit List
    Credit Name New Thread New Reply Quintessences Honors Attachments Private Message Search Credit Limit
    No extended credit policies defined


    NOTE
    : If the number of credits are positive, the members will get some credit INCREASED after the corresponding operations are done. Otherwise, if the numbers are negative, members will get their credit DECREASED by finishing those operations. If the number does not exists, then it won't make any change after the operations.

    If the credit point of some certain credit are low enough compare with the minimum set of this credit, then the corresponding operation will be forbidden to the member.
